Haley Presnell, LCSW

Hi, I’m Haley Presnell (she/her) — a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in supporting people through chronic stress, burnout, and trauma. I provide telehealth services for adults (18 years and older) throughout Oregon. I’m located in the Beaverton/Hillsboro area and provide prevention workshops locally.

I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and have diverse experience in the mental health field from being a therapist in schools and community organizations to supervising and leading therapists in a nonprofit. I’m trained to support a wide range of mental health needs, and I welcome clients of all identities, cultures, and backgrounds.

I ground my work in time-tested and evidence-based research and practices focused on the nervous-system, including Polyvagal Theory, Interpersonal Neurobiology, mindfulness, and somatic practices. I also pull from modalities such as Internal Families Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

Therapy with me is collaborative, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. Our work centers on creating enough safety in your body and in the room to explore your parts and patterns without judgment or shame. Rather than pushing for change, we listen closely to what your system is already communicating and make space for ways of thinking, feeling, and relating that better serve your needs.
