Our culture prioritizes speed, productivity, and self-override, pulling  us away from the rhythms our bodies need. As access to movement, nature, rest, and community decreases and demands on our attention grow, it’s natural to long for a reset.

How therapy can help

In my practice, I use nervous-system informed therapy to help you develop the skills, habits, and mindsets needed for our modern world. I blend time-tested, somatic wisdom and contemporary neuroscience to help you train your nervous system for today’s stressors.

I specialize in helping people who tend to have more sensitive nervous systems — often shaped by early childhood trauma, chronic relational stress, high emotional attunement, or years of self-override.
